    Dear friend:

Imust descripe my problem very clearly.

I used the Frequency Dependent(phase) Model to construct a simple circuit, which contains only one generator and one transmissionline. I use the "Interface to Harmonic Impedance Solution" to get the impedanceseen fromno-load end of the line.

And I want to get the + sequence parameter,i.e R,X,B of transmission line.I scan the system impedance with the distributed-parameter transmission line model. The parameters of the distributer-parameter model are calculated using the + sequence R,X,B.

I use + sequence R,X,B, which are contained in the Tlinename.out file, tocalculate distributer parameter .

My question is: Why the result of my method is quite different from these of PSCAD v4.2?

Frequency scan component gives the impedance seen from the point of interest. It would be series parallel combination of R+jX and G+jB.

I know the Frequency scan component gives the impedance seen from the point of interest. I develop my own program to calculate the harmonic impedance seen from interest point. In my program, I use the transmission line 0+ sequence parameter R,X and B to calculate the equivalent pi circuit. Can I use the R,X, Bthat saved in Ilinename.out file in pscad to calculate the equivalent pi circuit parameter?

For example, a generator ,whose X'd is0.25i , is connectted to "s" point of transimission line "line1".And the other end of transimission line if "r",which is not connected anything. In PSCAD, I already used this example to obtain the impedance seen from"r" end. I want to use my program to generate the same result, so I used the R,X, Bthat saved in line1.out file in pscad .But the result is quite different. Please tell me what's wrong with my method?
