IEEE power system models

Hi

Does anybody know where I can find documentation of IEEE power system models? I have access to IEEEXplore from my university but I can't find it there. I also tried Google but I only found some papers where at the appendix there was some information about it.

is the link for an 5 bus 7 line "hale netwrok" the only problem is that we are not given the system or the base voltage.. the base MVA is 100....hope this helps
